Not that kind of party, sadly. Clowns and magicians make poor rescue workers. Anyway, I just got done with the last episode, and... how did she do it? How in the hell did Ms. Faust manage to turn My Little Pony into something, not just tolerable, but actually kind of awesome? I know she has a lot of the same crew who worked on PPG and Foster's, but those were original properties with a lot more flexibility. Here they have to keep things toyetic enough for Hasbro and educational enough for the FCC, without compromising the quality of the show. And somehow they pulled it off with flying colors. Tl;dr, two thumbs up. And Angel the Bunny still deserves a spin-off.

WHOO! TRIBBLE PLOT! And I'm pretty sure the city was Fillydelphia, in keeping with the horse puns. It's implied that they're dealing with their own plague of parasprites, but you never know. Maybe some zebra families moved in and are lowering the property values.

I think the comments to those videos made a good point: it seems that Celestia knew what was going on and saved Twilight's face by telling a little white lie.
Music soothes the savage beast yet again.

If someone would have said on some point "Who called the Piped Piper?", I'd have laughed for about 5 minutes.

Since Steve hasn't posted it yet, let me be the one to announce that episode 11, "Winter Wrap-Up," is now available. Today's lesson: Project Management is Magic!*dead links removed* Between this and the sleepover episode, I've concluded that the ponies live in a Bio-Dome. And did we just learn Derpy Hooves' official name? You be the judge.

Just goes to show that people will find anything to complain about. Regardless of what Lauren would have done with this show, I'm sure it would never be good enough.
That original article was just too stupid to be taken seriously, and yet, there were some people that apparently did, as they actually AGREED with it. And worst of all, it's coming from a self-proclaimed feminist Lauren herself used to admire.
People like that is why we can't have nice things on TV anymore.

Here's the next episode of the series we all know and love but some don't like to say so. Applebloom, who as you remember is Applejack's sister, hasn't got her cutie mark yet, and wants to find it because all her friends have found theirs.... www.youtube.com/watch?v=aE4YqdhOrOYwww.youtube.com/watch?v=aS98LFMFHSgApplebloom has a red bow by the way. Remind you of anyone... Cheers, Blossomgb

On episode 11: Nice song!
Latest one: If Applebloom was a bit... pinkish, I'd say we have a pony version of Blossom.. Also, she's just too cute with her innocent looks.
Also: Congratulations are in order, since the show was voted the best new show in 2010. Right on!

Finally. After last week I didn't know if the season was over or if the show was just on Christmas break.
I figured the lesson was gonna be "you can be anything you want to be" once I got into the episode. Granted, it wasn't the big one, the "Dear Princess Celestia" message, but it was still there. Even though the format of the show requires each episode's moral to be about friendship, they're doing a good job at integrating other lessons into the plot, like "don't take in wild animals just because they're cute" (the one with the Parasprites) and "don't let your mouth write checks your ass can't cash" (the one with Trixie).
And am I the only one surprised that it took this long to introduce Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo? They've been in the credits since day one, and this is, what, episode 12? I can only assume that we'll be seeing a lot more of them from here on out.
