Once everyone has gone through the portal and it closes, Blackheart immediately takes off in a streak of black and red light.
"Blackheart, wait up!" Violet calls out to her. The Utonium' house is right here!"
"That's not the Utonium house." Blackheart shouts back. Sure enough, two unfamiliar people, an elderly man and a young woman, step out of the house into the backyard!
"What in Sam Hill are you doin' in my yard?" The old man loudly asks, adjusting his glasses.
The woman looks at the group, frightened of their appearance! "Oh my god! Dad, they're aliens, and they appear to be taking human form!"
"What? No no, we're not aliens." Violet tries to explain. "You know the Powerpuff Girls, right?"
"The what? Get outta here you alien monsters before I get my gun!" The old man shouts.
"Sir, where does Professor Utonium live?" Violet tries to ask them.
"Who? I dunno, did you try Area 51 already?"
"We're not aliens!"
"Yeah I believe ya, but my shotgun won't!" The old man exclaims as he goes into the house.
"Umm, I think we should just go." Violet says with a shrug, taking off after Blackheart. To her surprise, Blackheart has passed Townsville entirely and is already halfway across the sea before Violet manages to catch up and stop her. "Where are you going? Townsville's back that way! Shouldn't we talk to the Powerpuff Girls of this reality first?"
"The Powerpuff Girls of this reality do not live in the United States." Is Blackheart's answer. "Nor is the Shadow Soul there. Our journey will take us to Japan, to the city of New Townsville."
"Uhh, whatever you say, but shouldn't we slow down and wait for the others, especially if there is another one of you running around out there?" Violet points back at Townsville, which is already far in the distance.
Blackheart stops and nods. "You're right, how careless of me! We will need them more than ever now that there are two versions of my grandfather here, as well as another one of myself. I'm so sorry!"
"Hey, no harm done. Let's go back and make sure they don't think we left 'em behind."
Violet takes one of Blackheart's hands and leads her back toward Townsville, spotting Steve, Hack, Angel, and Timo flying toward them. "There they are. You should probably tell them what you said to me about going to Japan so they know, all right?"

Steve heard that comment from Violet. 'Japan? We're going to Japan. OK. Well it's a good job you told us before flying off isn't it. Thanks for bringing her back by the way, Violet.'
'Thanks', Violet said. She knew what was coming, and so did Blackheart. Angel fixed Blackheart with a stare.
'Before you tell us where we are going, it's time for little word, young lady.'. Steve rarely got annoyed, but he'd begun to get angry with Blackheart's taking off and getting them into trouble,
'We've got one more Shadow Soul to get, but before we do, I think we'd better get one or two things straight here. Firstly, no rushing off like that. Not only because we need you to get home. but Him is after the last Shadow Soul as well and will probably stop at nothing to stop us getting it. Secondly, no more flying in springing traps. We were lucky to get out of that worm thing and might not be as lucky next time.'. Steve stopped and looked at the others, then he carried on. 'So don't spring them. And thirdly, once we've got it and you have purified it, we go home to our own reality. Everyone else here agree with me.'
Timo nodded and Hack was unmoving.
'Of course', Blackheart said.
'So we've got a deal then?', Steve asked Blackheart. 'And witnesses to prove it.'
'Yes, we've got a deal.'
Violet spoke up. 'And we'll stick to it'.
'Good', Steve responded. 'Now, as we fly over to Japan, tell us what we need to know about the final Shadow Soul.'

"Wait a minute," Hack says. "If we're going to Japan, we might have another problem. Everyone here who speaks Japanese, raise your hand." He kept his own hand down.

Timo raised his own hand a bit. "Umm... I speak a little, but not so good that I can make a conversation or understand everything." Timo had a thought then. "But wait a minute! If Bubbles is with them, she can understand and translate our language... or at least one of them can, I believe. That is if any of them have that special power." He was trying to remember that this was a different dimension now and that the Powerpuff Girls might look different now and have different powers.
Timo soon saw another problem. "How do we find the Shadow Soul? Japan is a big country." He then looked at Blackheart and soon remembered. "Oh yeah... never mind that question."

As Blackheart and Violet lead the way toward New Townsville in Japan, Blackheart talks about the Shadow Soul. "With two versions of Grandfather and a second one of me, this one may be a bit tricky. It will be a free for all for the last one; even Grandfather and his counterpart here will likely battle over it. It is imperative that I be the one to claim it. Once it has been purified, Grandfather, his counterpart, the other me, and my evil half will all fall before the power I unleash with the Black Heart."
Blackheart lands in front of a high tech looking house, but instead of going in, she turns around and smiles. "I cannot thank you all enough for your help. I would be honored if you would stay and witness as I bind evil in its most purist forms, but I will honor my promise and return you home once our task here is complete. Now then, let us speak with Professor Utonium."
Blackheart walks up to the door and knocks. A moment later, the door opens, and a small boy who looks like the Professor opens the door. "Nanra temae ketsubou?"
Violet looks at the boy and scratches her head. "Professor Utonium is a little kid? Any idea what he said?"
"That is not Professor Utonium." Blackheart replies, looking up at the house. "In fact, he is not here." Blackheart looks at the boy and nods her head. "Young man, is your father here? I must speak to him regarding a matter of great urgency."
"Warawa kirenai haji temae. Maro shisen tameni daifu?" The boy asks, looking confused. His look of confusion fades into one of shock, followed by annoyance. "Iya ieie Asamaya! Sakini motte temae!" He shouts, waving his arms as if to shoo Blackheart away!"
"I'm not going anywhere until I speak with Professor Utonium or one of the Powerpuff Girls." Blackheart says, folding her arms.
"Oh, you speak English?" A young female voice calls out from behind. Everyone turns around to see a white haired girl about fifteen years of age approaching the Utonium house, dressed in a short skirt, boots, and open jacket, all gold in color, along with a red shirt with a pink heart in the center that bares her midriff. "As smart as Ken is at science, he hasn't quite mastered speaking and understanding fluent English yet. Perhaps I can help you? I'm Chiaki Asamaya. I'd be happy to translate for you."
Asamaya walks past the group and kneels down to look at Ken eye to eye. After exchanging a few words in Japanese (Ken sounding unhappy to see Asamaya for some reason), she turns and smiles. "I totally didn't think of that; Ken wants to know what business do you have with the Professor."
"I am searching for an artifact known as a Shadow Soul. It is a black orb that emits a red glow, and very powerful. It is of great importance that we recover it before Gra... Him." Blackheart tells her.
"HIM? That does sound important! Give me a moment to talk to Ken." Asamaya says, going into the house. Ken shouts angrily and goes in after her.
Violet shrugs. "Well, now what do we do?"
"I suppose we just have to wait." Blackheart replies.

"As long as we're waiting," Hack says to Blackheart, "I'd like to make something clear. I don't know if these two," nodding at Steve and Timo, "plan on leaving before or after you use the Shadow Souls to finish off your dark side, but I for one intend to see this thing through to the end. She's a threat, and I'm not gonna stand down until the threat is neutralized completely and permanently. Once that's done, then you can send me home. I won't bother you again, and I would advise you to do likewise. Frankly, I don't want to be your friend when this is all over, and I can assure you, you don't want to be mine."

Timo was surprised to see young Ken. "Okay... this already proves that we are going to face totally different girls here. Of that I'm pretty sure... and I couldn't understand most of what he said. More than that, that Ken didn't seem to like Asamaya."
Timo looked at Blackheart. "Also, I admit I'm pretty scared of this whole thing. There are too many enemies here that could... ... never mind." he couldn't tell them that these enemies might be able to release Dark Timo. He hoped that wouldn't happen. "In any case, Blackheart, I've always tried to see things through to the end and I will do so too on this case, no matter what happens." Saying that broke Timo's heart a bit. He missed Bubbles too much, but he knew this job had to be done or no reality wouldn't be safe anymore.

Steve and Angel both kept quiet while Hack and Timo said their pieces on this. He drew Angel a little closer to him. He wondered who these two people were, but was glad that one could speak English. He was also grateful that Blackheart had promised to send them home after all this was done.
Basically he had to trust her to get them home.
'We'll stay too, but the conditions remain. No running off and no diving in',he told Blackheart. 'And return us to our reality at the same time that we left, OK'
'Of course. I can understand why your nervous of this. You aren't looking out just for you are you.' Blackheart commented.
Angel piped up. 'No. We neither of us are.'
Steve looked at Angel briefly then at Blackheart. 'No, we're not. Where is this thing hidden? You knew where the first one was.....'

A few minutes later, Ken opens the door, carrying some kind of devices shaped like badge buttons. He pins one onto Blackheart and hands her the rest. "Okurimono kono kaonajimi." He tells her.
Blackheart nods, as though she understood him! She hands Violet, Angel, Steve, Hack, and Timo each a badge. "Here, put these on. They appear to translate Japanese into English!"
Violet puts one on, as do the others. Ken nods and smiles. "Sorry about the confusion earlier. Asamaya explained your situation to me... eventually. If you're going to go after HIM, you will need the Professor's help, and the help of Powerpuff Girls Z. Come in, I'd like to learn more about you."
As they walk into the house, they see that the living room is actually a high tech laboratory! "Is this a house or the Hall of Justice?" Violet asks rhetorically.
A small dog suddenly runs into the living room, spotting Blackheart and growling at her. "Hey, who are you? You can't come in here!"
"Whoa, a talking dog! You have one of those in your reality too eh?" Violet asks.
"It's okay Peach, this girl came to help us deal with HIM." Ken explains to the dog. "If Asamaya is to be believed, this girl's task is of great importance. She will need Powerpuff Girls Z to assist her."
Peach looks up at Blackheart at Theo, sniffing the air. "The doll she is carrying is housing a powerful evil force!"
Peach attacks Theo
Attack: Jumping Tackle
Defense: None
The talking dog suddenly leaps at Theo, knocking him out of Blackheart's arms! Theo sits up, rubbing its stuffed head and shaking the stars away as Peach enters into an attack position.
Peach attacks Theo
Attack: Pounce
Defense: Block
As the dog jumps on top of Theo and starts to bite his arms and ears, Blackheart smiles cheerfully. "Aww, your dog is certainly having fun playing with Theo. That's so adorable!"
"Peach calm down! Are you sure the bear is dangerous?" Ken shouts, picking up Peach and pulling him away from the stuffed animal.
"I can smell a powerful aura of evil radiating from inside! It doesn't seem to be Chemical Z either!" Peach starts explaining to Ken.
"You have nothing to fear; Theo cannot hurt anyone. He was once an extremely powerful demon, but I used my power to change him into this shape. I promise you he is not dangerous."
Ken puts Peach down and sits at a work table, putting on a pair of goggles and working on some kind of handheld device. "So tell me about your mission here. Asamaya was rambling about a Shadow Soul that HIM is apparently looking for or something."
"Yes, the Shadow Soul is a powerful artifact that contains the essence of the Black Void, the place where I come from. It radiates a powerful corruption that will damage this reality unless I can recover and purify it. This is the last one left, and once I recover it, I can use the purified Shadow Souls to create the Black Heart, the very essence of the Black Void itself. In the wrong hands, the Shadow Soul could cause unimaginable damage to countless realities like this one."
"I see. This does sound very serious." Ken begins, when there is a loud crash that comes from another room! Ken drops the device in his hand and turns around with an annoyed growl. "Ugh, what has she broken this time?"
Ken gets up and runs over to a door leading into another room. "The Polyduroform Spectralizer! Asamaya, what did you do to it?"
"I didn't mean to; it was an accident."
"Aargh! Why is it that every time you come over, you manage to break something? That took six weeks to build, and you pulverized it in six seconds!"
"I'm sorry."
Ken walks out of the room, dragging Asamaya as she is comically bent over, stumbling and trying to stay on her feet and keep up with him as best a teenage girl being dragged by the ear by an eight year old could. "Ow. Ow. Ow. I said I was sorry!" Asamaya says, tears forming in her eyes.
"I'll have Peach summon Powerpuff Girls Z for you, but please, please take Asamaya with you when you leave. She will be of far greater use to you than to me!" Ken says, letting go of Asamaya's ear which causes her to flop to the ground face first.
"My shoulder hurts, and my ear hurts." Asamaya whines.
"I don't care. You're going with these people to help them and that's final!" Ken says as Peach leaps out of his arms.
"POWERPUFF GIRLS Z!" Peach cries out at loud as he can. As Asamaya stands up, the belt she is wearing around her gold colored skirt begins to glow brightly.
Asamaya uses Transform: Harmonious Siryn
"HARMONIOUS SIRYN!" Asamaya shouts, removing the device on her belt and holding it up.
In a flash of white light and golden musical notes, Asamaya's attire changes drastically! All of her clothes transform into a yellow leotard, and in a flash of gold light, a white jacket, yellow skirt, black cutoff gloves, and white boots with a yellow trim appear all across her body! Pink heart shaped earrings appear as a gold thread forms both a heart shape on the back and a P on the left breast of the jacket, completing the transformation.
"Powerpuff Girls Z!" Asamaya, now Harmonious Siryn, shouts as she takes off into the air, her boots shooting off a pair of gold light beams as she starts to fly!
"Guess we're gonna be following her to the girls." Violet says, taking off after her.
"We must find them quickly; I am sensing the Shadow Soul is... moving. Someone must already have found it!" Blackheart says, sounding worried.

Blackheart looked at Steve for some sort of approval. He nodded, and then Steve and Angel took off with her. He liked the laboratory a lot, but there was a job to do,
'This should be interesting', he thought....

Hack just glares at Ken for a moment before taking off to join with the others. While he isn't fast enough to catch up with them, their trail through the city is easy enough for him to follow.

Flying to the heart of the city, Siryn spots three light trails headed toward the rendezvous point just like her. "They they are!" She says as three teenage girls dressed in similar, yet different colored attire as they meet up with her. It is clear just by looking at them that they are supposed to be Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup, as their hairstyles, eyes, and clothing colors are mostly identical to the ones everyone is more familiar with.
"We got to the meeting point as soon as we could. What's going on?" Blossom asks.
"I believe I can explain it." Blackheart speaks up. "As there is not much time, I will summarize. The evil force you know as 'HIM', along with another evil embodiment also known as 'Him' are after a powerful orb from the Black Void. I must obtain it and purify it before either one of them can get it, and I need your help to do it."
"Hold on a second!" Buttercup speaks up, looking suspiciously at Blackheart. "I'm not doing anything for you until I get a more proper greeting. Your name would be a good start."
Blackheart grins, lowering her head. "I suppose revealing my identity to you could not have been avoided if I seeked your help, but I fear you will not help me when I tell you." She lifts the tuft of hair covering the right side of her face, revealing her evil eye to them. "I am Blackheart, princess of the Black Void."
"You're a monster!" Blossom shouts, removing what appears to be a yo-yo and backs away from Blackheart, poised to strike!
Hyper Blossom attacks Blackheart
Attack: Strawberry Daifuku Spin
Defense: Parry
Blossom spins the yo-yo, smacking Blackheart in the face and chest with it and causing her to drop Theo, but does not appear to have caused any actual damage to her. "Please don't do that." Blackheart calmly tells her, waving her hand. Theo stops mid fall and rises back up until Blackheart is in range to grab him and hug him.
"She doesn't seem like a monster to me." Bubbles speaks up, looking more closely at Blackheart. "Even if she is, she doesn't want to fight us or cause trouble."
"No, but she bears an awfully good resemblance to the Blackheart we know!" Buttercup argues, suddenly brandishing a large mallet. "How do we know this isn't some kind of trick she's cooked up to get us to lower our guard?"
"Because she already has the Shadow Soul that I seek." Blackheart answers Buttercup's question. "I see it more clearly now; my counterpart has the Shadow Soul."
"That's bad." Violet says, shaking her head and looking worried. "Does that mean we already blew it?"
"Hmm... maybe not." Blackheart seems to be concentrating on something. She then grins widely, creeping out Blossom. "Ha ha! There's hope after all; she must be able to sense it as well and may have found it, but she has no idea what it is!"
"So then let's go get it from her before your grandfather does!" Violet shouts, looking excited.
"Wait, HIM is your grandfather?" Blossom says, looking puzzled. "Yet you're also on our side? I'm really confused!"
"It's a bit strange, but if she can give us the edge over HIM, I say we take the chance!" Siryn chimes in.
The Powerpuff Girls Z look at each other for a moment. Buttercup shrugs and Bubbles nods to Blossom, who turns and extends her hand to Blackheart. "If you say you wanna help us, then Powerpuff Girls Z is on your side!"
Blackheart shakes her hand. "Thank you Mo-" Blackheart covers her mouth suddenly, grinning sheepishly. "Sorry, I meant Blossom."
Blossom pulls her hand back, looking even more creeped out by Blackheart than before. As Blackheart leads the way toward the Shadow Soul, Blossom shakes her head in a mix of fear and disbelief. "She... she knows who I really am?" She thinks to herself aloud.

Hack reaches the group shortly before they take off and overhears the last few lines of their conversation. "She knows a lot about places she's never been and people she's never met," he says to Blossom. "It's one of her most useful powers." He looks more closely at the girl. "And how can you have a secret identity, anyway? You're not wearing a mask -- or even glasses. What, do you kill anyone who sees your face, or do you just wipe their memory?"

Timo giggles at Hack. "Does it really matter? It's their way of fighting crime and evil." As Timo follows Blackheart, he looks at the Powerpuff Girls Z. "Oh by the way, my name is Timo. Nice to meet you. Sorry there's no more time for us to get to know each other, but this is urgent and your city, this whole dimension, is at stakes.
As Timo looked forward, his mind raced. "It all comes down to this. I hope Blackheart is right and her other self truly has no idea what she has... or else we're already too late and just heading for a deadly trap."
