Wander over Yonder

Craig Mc Cracken's new show. Wander Over Yonder, had it's first preview at the Comic Con the other week.

The series follows Wander and his steed Sylvia travelling from planet to planet helping people have fun and live free, all against Lord Hater and his army of Watchdogs' evil reign.

The main characters of the show are:

Wander is an overly-optimistic intergalactic traveler. He travels across the universe with his steed, Sylvia.

Sylvia is Wander's loyal but bullish steed. She travels along with Wander across the universe.

Lord Hater - the Baddie, and his Army of Watchdogs.

The main characters of the series travel to phantasmagoric places across the universe. The eponymous character, Wander, made his debut on a sketchbooks, clothes and patches that McCracken sold at conventions. McCraken described Wander as a “nomadic, hippie, muppet man.”

Lauren Faust, of My Little Pony fame, as well as working on The Powerpuff Girls and Fosters Home For Imaginary Friends, is also working on the show as a producer.

On the Memebase at I Can Has Cheezburger, there's a meme comic of exceutives at Disney looking for something for w new hit show on Disney Channel. They crossed out "quality animation" and put "More teen pop stars." We pray that doesn't happen.

It comes to US screens in 2013. UK I don't know, but hopefully at the same time as with the net being worldwide people will get it off there anyway.

The filming and recording for Wander over Yonder started a week ago. The voice of Wander is a chap called Jack Mc.Brayer.

The four main characters are:

Keith Ferguson as Lord Hater, Wander's nemesis and ruler of the Hater Army.

Tom Kenny as Peeper, Lord Hater's number one henchman.

As the release date for Wander Over Yonder grows nearer, although it hasn't been announced yet, Jack Mc Brayer says goodbye to NBC's 30 Rock and Hello to to Wander Over Yonder,

He also says some very nice things about two friends of ours...
