Dynamoe pointed me to this place so I put it in my bookmarks and made an account. I've outgrown my older username, Aggiepuff, but you guys may remember me from Puff Works and DeviantArt. Long story short Puff Works changed my life and I met my husband on there (NeoChaosLarry on DeviantArt, Neo-Larry on Puff Works, Desu Ze Prosezilla on FF.net). We've been married almost 2 years now and randomly got a bug up our ass to re-watch all episodes of PPG. Now he is writing again and I'm scoping out fanart and something good to read. In addition to PPG we also love MLP and of course most of the cartoons that were on classic CN. Currently I work as an Art Director and he is a manager-in-training at Fry's Electronics. Hi!

I'm a late arrival to the PPG fold, but I remember you too. Welcome aboard.
Cheers,

Howdy, Hailey. I'm sure you remember me. I'm the boss around here, which I assure you is as weird for me as it is for everyone else.
So, Art Director. Where, if I might ask?

A little magazine in Lakeway, TX. We sell railroad vehicles (railcars, locomotives, equipment, etc). Nothing big, but it's a start. And you? How is everybody doing?

Sorry for taking so long to answer, but everyone around here seems to be doing fine. As for myself, these past few months have been... weird.
I helped my parents through a divorce -- literally. The county courthouse has do-it-yourself paperwork for a no-fault filing, so I got to play Phoenix Wright: Amateur Attorney and make sure all the t's were dotted and i's were crossed. But don't cry for me or for them; it was a long time coming, and they're both better for it.
And I forget if I mentioned this back when we were on PW, but I went to Penn State after high school (I'm seriously two classes away from a degree. FFFFFUUUUU-), so the whole Jerry Sandusky thing hit kinda close to home. For years it seemed like God himself couldn't end Paterno's coaching career, and then... yeah. Personally I would have been okay if they'd nuked the entire football program from orbit -- it's the only way to be sure -- but I guess I can settle for all parties involved being fired, sued, and/or prosecuted. Nothing can make up for the horrific crimes inflicted on the alleged victims, but hopefully the state, feds, and NCAA can send a strong message that this s*** will not be tolerated and thus prevent it from happening to others.
On a lighter note, I've been working my way through Skyward Sword. A fun game, to be sure, but perhaps the weakest entry in the Zelda series to date, unless you count the godawful CD-i games. That's a story for another thread, though.
