This page will serve double-duty, both for having the character profiles for the PC's that will appear in New Xanocite as well as make some new rule revisions.
Weapons FL-49 is a planet that has served as a battlefield between powerful robots, mutants, and superhumans alike. Their weapons are much stronger than the ones on Earth, and while they may not be as lethal to Powerpuffs as firearms on Earth are against humans, they are strong enough to have a noticeable effect on them!
Mutation: There won't be any magic, wizards, or beings from the Black Void to contend with this time! After FL-49's wars caused the end of its original civilization, whatever used to inhabit the planet is long gone, replaced by its mutated remnants. These mutants can be just as strong as a Powerpuff, but some can even be stronger! Mutant NPCs each have a level of Mutation which will determine their strength, intelligence, and civility towards others. The higher the mutation level, the stronger they are, but the more mindless and aggressive they may be!
Radiation X: Somehow, a radioactive variation of Chemical X exists in the ecosystem of FL-49. The mutants seem to be strengthened by either Radiation X or through the use of Chemical X (resulting in an increase in mutation levels) but it is harmful to non mutant lifeforms, even those born from Chemical X itself! The heroes will not only have to face the conventional threats on FL-49, but also must avoid contacting Radiation X poisoning! For all characters (except for inorganic characters such as robots), I will be monitoring their levels of Radiation X by a percentage.
0% - 19%: Not enough Radiation X to cause any harmful side effects... yet.
20% - 49%: Minor Radiation X Poisoning. Strength and toughness will be diminished somewhat.
50% - 74%: Standard Radiation X Poisoning. Even a Powerpuff will find it hard to function normally in this condition. Their super powers are diminished and their thoughts may not be entirely clear. It's likely an unmutated human would not survive this condition for long.
75% - 99% Major Radiation X Poisoning. No unmutated human or alien would survive 75% Radiation X levels! A Powerpuff would find themselves suffering from conditions that would be similar to the effects of Antidote X. They are unable to fly or use any of their super powers while at this level of radiation! Now would be a good time to find a doctor or some kind of medicine that would reduce this percentage!
100% Lethal Radiation X levels! Not even a Powerpuff would survive 100% Radiation X poisoning! Mutants who somehow reach this level are among some of the deadliest ones on FL-49; strong enough to chew through solid duranium, nearly invincible, and giving off excess Radiation X that can strengthen other nearby mutants or weaken nearby Powerpuffs!
Like with Black Heart, for a returning character, simply give a description explaining what they have been up to since defeating the evil personality of Blackheart, the princess of the Black Void.
