The Return of Plague

Narrator: The City of Townsville, home to some of the most dangerous and powerful villains the world has ever known! Then there's the Amoeba Boys, three incompetent 'villains' who can't do anything right when it comes to crime.

This isn't to say they are completely harmless however, as the Amoeba Boys once were accidentally responsible for spreading two of the deadliest diseases known to mankind! The first was a mutation of the common cold that infected all of Townsville, including the Powerpuff Girls themselves!

The other one was even worse; Imposter's altered Chemical X was combined with Bossman of the Amoeba Boys and rapidly irradiated by absorbing Chemical X based energy given off during a fight between Brick of the Rowdyruff Boys and Blazer. The end result was the birth of a highly intelligent, super powered Amoeba Boy known as Plague!

Plague had the power to take over the bodies of anyone he wanted, eventually settling on Butch of the Rowdyruff Boys, and could infect people with a disease that turned them into his willing servants! He even managed to infect the Powerpuff Girls and would have taken over the whole world had Blazer and Brick not decided to work together and defeat Plague, forcing him out of Butch's body and destroying him once and for all! Or did they?

(Scene: Monster Island. Several monsters are on full alert, having spotted a red streak of light zooming through the sky towards one of the island's mountain volcanoes. Some of the swifter monsters make their way to the island to catch up as the red streak lands, but shrug and leave when they see a gray skinned mutant with red insect eyes and four arms wearing a red Powerpuff Girl dress. Imposter growls, grinning as the monsters disappear and she changes form, now looking like Blossom.)

Imposter: *Talking into a communicator* I'm at the volcano now Mojo.

Mojo: Excellent Imposter. The mineral we are searching for should be inside. It is no doubt what turned the wildlife on the island into giant monsters, and I, Mojo Jojo, want a sample of it for myself, for a mineral capable of turning otherwise small animals into giant monsters would be a most useful asset indeed for creating giant monsters of our very own! Do you have the wind up miner with you?

Imposter: *Pulls out a toy monkey holding a mining pick and winds it up* Yeah. I'm setting it now.

(Imposter watches as the toy monkey miner starts hitting away at the ground of the volcano, when a strange black and red substance begins to leak out.)

Imposter: What is that stuff? It looks like the mountain is... bleeding?!? Mojo will want to check this out. I'll bring it back with me along with the mineral sample.

(Imposter pulls out a small vial and scoops the mountain's 'blood' into it, putting a cork over the bottle before picking up the wind up monkey and the mineral sample. A pair of slitted yellow eyes open inside the vial and a fanged grin flashes just below them as Imposter takes off back toward Mojo Mountain.)

Narrator: Little does Imposter know that the substance she collected isn't blood, it's actually the few surviving cells of the Super Amoeba Plague! Worse yet, Plague's influence has already begun to spread again!

(Scene cuts to: The Utonium Residence. While cleaning up in the house, Bubbles drops the mop she was using in the kitchen and begins coughing. Professor Utonium hears Bubbles and goes into the kitchen.)

Professor: Bubbles, are you all right? You did remember to sweep before mopping didn't you?

Bubbles: I did, *cough* but I suddenly don't feel so good.

(Bubbles drops the cleaning tools and collapses, much to the Professor's shock. He hears a crash in the girls' bedroom and hurries upstairs to find that Blossom and Buttercup have collapsed as well! The Powerpuff Hotline then buzzes.)

Professor: Oh no, talk about bad timing. *Picks up the receiver* I'm sorry Mayor, the Powerpuff Girls aren't feeling well right now and can't-

Miss Bellum: Professor it's me, Sarah. Something terrible has happened! The Mayor has passed out in his chair and I can't wake him up! He started coughing and said he felt sick just before it happened.

Professor: The girls did the same thing! Bring the Mayor to my house and we'll put him in the lab to find out what is wrong with them.

Miss Bellum: All right, I'll be there as soon as I can.

(After hanging up, Professor Utonium picks up the girls and brings them into his lab. As he prepares some medical equipment, he hears a knock on the door and goes to answer it, expecting to see Miss Bellum, but instead sees Butch of the Rowdyruff Boys, who also appears to be sick.)

Butch: Is there a first aid student in the house?

(Butch collapses at the Professor's feet! Surprised, the Professor decides to take Butch down into the lab as well. Scene cuts to: Mojo's Volcano top Observatory. Imposter enters the lab with the mineral and shows Mojo the vial. Mojo pours out the contents of the vial and looks at them under a microscope.)

Imposter: What do you suppose that stuff is?

Mojo: Incredible, this black and red substance is some kind of large cell, and the cell is expanding and splitting, which is to say that this is not just some radiated sludge, but rather a living creature, one that appears to be a product of Chemical X itself, for some of the cells appear to match the element of Chemical X... but not just any Chemical X.

Imposter: What? What kind of Chemical X is it comprised of?

Mojo: It appears it is made from YOUR particular type of Chemical X. Some of the DNA from this creature matches yours! How could that be?

Imposter: I... I don't know! I can't think of anyone who could have gotten a sample of my DNA except for... oh no.

Mojo: Except for who?

Imposter: When you were out of action for a while, I allowed Him to take some of my blood which he put into Bossman of the Amoeba Boys. He created some kind of monster with it, and these cells must be what's left of that monster.

Mojo: A powerful monster created by Him? If we can awaken the monster, we could gain control of it and take over the world!

Imposter: Not this monster! It's far too dangerous. We should destroy it while we still can!

Mojo: Nonsense. With the power of this monster on our side, nothing will stop us from taking over the world!

(Against Imposter's protests, Mojo takes the black and red cells to a machine that super-conducts them, causing them to rapidly grow and split apart until a full bodied black and red amoeba with yellow eyes is sitting in the glass container of the machine, grinning widely at Mojo and baring its fangs.)

Imposter: I think we're making a huge mistake Mojo.

Mojo: *Laughs* It is complete! Now, with the power of this creature, I, Mojo Jojo, will begin my latest plan to-

(Mojo's speech is interrupted when the amoeba smashes through the glass container and right into Mojo! With a roar, Mojo's purple cape drapes over him as he squirms on the ground for a time. When it stops, Imposter lifts up the cape and looks at her fallen friend.)

Imposter: Mojo? Are you all right?

(Mojo's gloved hand grabs Imposter by the neck as Mojo stands back up, his eyes now glowing a bright yellow and the black fur on his face having turned blue!)

Plague: I'm better than ever before! Now I'm Mojo Jojo, the greatest supervillain in Townsville! With Mojo's brilliant mind combined with my power, nothing will stop me now!

(Scene: Professor Utonium's lab. The Powerpuff Girls, Butch, and the Mayor are all on separate operating tables attached to a monitor that shows each of their heart rates. While the Professor is examining the girls, Miss Bellum is looking over the Mayor.)

Miss Bellum: I don't understand this at all. Did the Mayor contract the same virus as the girls, or from them?

Professor: I don't know. There appears to be some sort of foreign virus cell at work in each of them, but the cells in Butch and the Mayor are larger than the ones in the girls. Butch appears to have the largest of these cells, so it could have spread to Butch and become stronger as a result of infecting him. That doesn't explain why the cells are larger in the Mayor than the girls though. Perhaps it has something to do with the Y Chromosome?

(Suddenly, the Mayor's heart rate starts to increase! The Mayor's eyes open, now a glowing yellow, as he leaps off the operating table!)

Miss Bellum: Mayor, you're awake! Do you feel all right?

Mayor: *In Plague's voice* I live again! A PLAGUE ON TOWNSVILLE!

(The Mayor laughs maniacally as he pushes past Miss Bellum with surprising strength and runs up the stairs, before taking off and flying out of the house through the wall!)

Miss Bellum: What the heck just happened? I haven't heard the Mayor talk in that voice and act like that since... oh no, Professor the girls!

(Miss Bellum points at the heart rate monitor to show that the Powerpuff Girls' and Butch's heart rates are also increasing!)

Professor: No! Sarah quick, help me hook up the restraints!

(Working quickly with Miss Bellum, Professor Utonium ties the restraints on the bed to hold down the girls and Butch. Just in time, as all four of them open their eyes, their irises now yellow as they all bare fanged grins!)

Powerpuffs/Butch: *All in Plague's voice* I LIVE AGAIN! A PLAGUE ON TOWNSVILLE!

(The four superpowered children struggle with their restraints, laughing maniacally the entire time! All the Professor and Miss Bellum can do is stare at them in horror.)

Miss Bellum: What do we do now? They've turned into monsters!

Professor: We have to find the Mayor. No doubt the answer lies with wherever he is going.

Miss Bellum: No, I know exactly what the Mayor is up to. I've seen him this way before. He's going to find more people to infect with this virus, starting with Townsville! We have to stop him!

Professor: The Mayor has gained superpowers from the virus! We chance no chance against him ourselves.

Miss Bellum: We can't get help from the girls either, as they too are infected!

Professor: I don't want to think about this, but there are still two uninfected people in Townsville who can stop the Mayor.

Miss Bellum: What? Oh you can't mean...

(Professor Utonium and Miss Bellum get into the Professor's car and drive off into Townsville. Scene cuts to: Mojo's Observatory. Plague is grinning in Mojo Jojo's body as he hooks up the mineral Imposter gathered from Monster Island to the super-conductor. Plague has changed Mojo's attire to a similar outfit, only black in color with yellow gloves and boots, and a long red cape instead of a purple one. Once the machine is ready, Mojo Plague laughs and switches the machine on.)

Plague: It's ready for my transformation! Come out and see for yourself Imposter!

(Imposter enters the room, dressed in a red veil, belly shirt, see through baggy pants, and cloth slippers. She is no longer wearing a hair bow and her hair is no longer held in a ponytail like Blossom's. She looks at Mojo Plague with a seductive smile.)

Imposter: With your transformation, you will become the undisputed ruler of the world, Master Plague.

Plague: Play your cards right Imposter, and instead of a slave, you will rule at my side as queen! Activate the conductor!

Imposter: With pleasure, master.

(Imposter throws her arms around Mojo Plague and kisses him right on Mojo Jojo's lips before pushing him into the super conductor and throwing the switch. Mojo's observatory flashes with all different colors as the ceiling shatters all around Imposter. Mojo's body expands to massive size, overlooking all of Townsville!)

Plague: *Laughs maniacally* Behold, citizens of Townsville, for I, Mojo Plague, am now the ruler of this world!

(Mojo Plague takes off into the sky before landing with a crash on his feet on top of City Hall, roaring down at the street below him and sending cars scattering in all directions! Screams of panic begin to sound as Mojo Plague starts smashing buildings left and right!)

Narrator: Oh no, Mojo Plague is destroying the city! Without the Powerpuff Girls, Townsville is doomed!

Plague: Come out and fight me Blazer! It's time for our rematch! *Kicks over another building* I said come out now, or I will destroy this entire pathetic city!

(A twin pair of lasers strike Mojo Plague's back, who turns and sees Brick and Boomer attacking him.)

Brick: Forget about Blazer, you're gonna have to go through us Mojo!

Plague: Ahh Brick! I'll be more than happy to start my revenge with YOU instead of Blazer!

Brick: *Shocked* What?!? P-P-Plague?!?

Plague: Good, all those kicks in the head from Blazer hasn't cost you your memory of me! Maybe then you'll remember this!

(Mojo Plague aims his giant hands at Brick and Boomer as lightning begins to crackle. Brick's eyes widen with stunned remembrance.)

Brick: Move it Boomer, he's about to fire his Hyper Beam!

(Brick and Boomer fly off in separate directions as the Hyper Beam fires from Mojo Plague's hands, striking the street below and sending a wave of concrete through the ground, launching cars in all directions! Brick, Boomer, and Mojo Plague swat the cars out of the air, then the Rowdyruffs circle around Mojo Plague, striking him with a series of punches and kicks.)

Plague: *Laughs maniacally* Nice try boys, but you can't compare to my power now! Your attacks have no effect on me!

(Mojo Plague claps his hands together, creating a shockwave that knocks Brick and Boomer to the ground. Mojo Plague punts Brick and Boomer off the ground back into the air and raises his arms, creating a massive sphere of black and blue energy!)

Plague: This will finish you off! HYPER DANCING BOMB!

(Plague hurls the massive energy blast right into the path of Brick and Boomer, when an orange streak of light shoots past and pulls them both out of the way! The Hyper Dancing Bomb tears a path of destruction through Townsville, nearly missing the Professor's car!)

Miss Bellum: That was too close!

Professor: I agree. We were nearly obliterated by that blast!

Miss Bellum: It came from over there!

(Miss Bellum points out at Mojo Plague, who is laughing as he looks down at Blazer.)

Blazer: You wanted to see me again Plague?

Plague: Absolutely! You and Brick can't get in my way now! I'm large and in charge! The way I see it, you have two choices. You can either allow yourself to be infected and join my new world order, or be crushed beneath it!

Blazer: I'll never join you! I'll bring you down no matter what it takes!

Plague: Bold words Blazer, but I'm not convinced.

(Blazer takes off in a flash of orange light to wards Mojo Plague, who attempts to knock him out of the air, but Blazer kicks a Blazing Fireball right into Mojo Plague's eye! Mojo Plague grabs his eye and roars in pain, blinded by the fireball, as Blazer strikes one of the monster's legs with a Blazing Kick, the explosion knocking Mojo Plague off his feet onto his back!)

Blazer: What do you think of that? I've gotten even stronger since the last time you fought me.

Plague: So have I!

(Blazer suddenly grabs his right arm as it jerks suddenly into a painful looking position all on its own! Using Mojo's superpowered brain, Plague psychically forces Blazer's other arm and his legs to cramp up and bend out of shape before swatting him out of the air through a skyscraper. Blazer comes to a crash landing on the street near the Professor's car as Plague laughs and roars in triumph! Professor Utonium gets out of the car to get Blazer, when a laser strikes the ground near him! Professor Utonium turns to see Imposter floating toward him, her eyes glowing red as she prepares to fire another eye beam.)

Imposter: Don't move Professor! *To Plague* Look who came to spoil your fun Master!

(Imposter grabs the Professor by the collar of his lab coat and holds him up to Mojo Plague.)

Professor: You won't get away with this!

Plague: Oh yeah? What do you plan to do about it, Professor Utonium? My virus may have become inert when Blazer and Brick defeated me last time, but you never bothered to look for a cure! Now I'm back, and the Powerpuff Girls are MINE to control once again! I can't wait to see them again, serving me the way they did before! Where are you keeping them hidden?

Professor: I'll never tell you!

Plague: Is that so?

(Plague points back at the car. Imposter turns the Professor to look, who gasps when he sees the infected Mayor now holding Miss Bellum as a hostage!)

Mayor: *In Plague's voice* My virus has festered not just in the ground of Monster Island, but in the Mayor of Townsville, Rowdyruff Butch, and the Powerpuff Girls themselves! Now I am all of them and Mojo Plague as well! Tell me where the Powerpuff Girls and Butch are and I'll spare the woman!

Professor: *Hangs his head* All right, you win. Now let Sarah go!

Plague: *Laughs Maniacally* Very well then. Imposter, get Blazer and bring him back to my observatory. Mayor, go with the Professor to find my other subjects! If he tries any tricks, infect him!

Mayor: *Releasing Miss Bellum* Yes Master! Lead the way Professor.

Imposter: *Picking up Blazer* Anything for you, Master.

(Mojo Plague turns and picks up the fallen Brick and Boomer and flies off back toward Mojo Mountain.)

Narrator: Is this how it all is going to end? Will Plague use Mojo Jojo's body to finally take over the world? Can nothing save us all from being turned into his mindless slaves?

(Scene: Mojo's Observatory. Flanked by the Mayor, Butch, Imposter, and the Powerpuff Girls, Mojo Plague laughs maniacally. In front of him is a duranium cage with laser bars holding Blazer, Brick, Boomer, and Professor Utonium as his prisoners.)

Plague: At last, the world will have no choice but to acknowledge ME as the ruler of the world! It is only a matter of time with the aid of the Powerpuff Girls that I spread my virus to every world leader, then everyone in the world if necessary! All will bow before me, or be infected and become my willing servants!

Professor: We'll find a way to stop you!

Plague: Oh you will? From in there?

(Mojo Plague and his infected servants all laugh. The Professor turns to the Powerpuff Girls, now dressed in the same harem clothes as Imposter, but in their respective colors.)

Professor: Girls, please. I know you can fight this.

Blossom: Don't waste your breath Professor!

Bubbles: Plague is our master, and we will serve him any way he wishes!

Buttercup: Master has ordered us to infect all the world's leaders with his virus, and we will!

Brick: What about you Butch? You as dense as those sissies?

(Butch growls at Brick, dressed in the black bodysuit and red cape he wore when Plague took over his body before.)

Butch: *In Plague's voice* I haven't the slightest idea, seeing as I am in full control of Butch!

Plague: C'mon everyone we have a world to conquer! Imposter, you stay here and guard the prisoners. Butch, Powerpuff Girls, you're going with me! Mayor, return to City Hall and announce that Townsville is now under the rule of the mighty Mojo Plague!

(Mojo Plague, Butch, the Powerpuff Girls, and the Mayor all fly off, leaving Imposter alone in the observatory.)

Boomer: We'll never get out of here in time to stop them!

Imposter: Yes, you will.

(Imposter pulls off her veil and presses a button on the nearby console, deactivating the laser bars!)

Blazer: You're freeing us?

Professor: I don't understand.

Brick: This whole time you've been acting like Plague infected you, and he hasn't?!?

Imposter: No he hasn't. I led him to think he had, then while he was out pummeling you guys I had time to work on this.

(Imposter hands a set of syringes to Blazer.)

Blazer: What are these for?

Imposter: It's a cure. I know it will work because it is derived from my own blood, just like Plague.

Professor: Of course! That's why Plague was unable to infect you; Imposter is immune to the virus!

Boomer: Why help us though?

Brick: Yeah, you always wanted Mojo to take over the world, and now it looks like he will!

Imposter: That... THING is not Mojo. I want that virus out of his system. There are six cures, enough for Mojo, the Mayor, Butch, and the Powerpuff Girls. If I'm right, the cure will be strong enough to kill Plague and purge him from their bodies!

Blazer: What about mutation? What side effect will this have on the girls?

Brick: Yeah, or on Butch?

Imposter: I don't know. You're just gonna have to take a chance with that. I don't know what effect this will have on Mojo either, so I'm taking a big risk with this one too. You HAVE to trust me!

Brick: I don't have to do anything!

Blazer: Listen, someone's coming back!

Imposter: It must be Plague! Go, get out of here! I'll distract him for as long as I can. Take the Professor and go!

(Blazer gives the cures to the Professor and lifts him up by his shoulders as he places them into his coat pocket, then Blazer, Brick, and Boomer fly out through a back window in streaks of orange, red, and blue as Imposter quickly exits the prison room and shuts the door. She turns around and sees Mojo Plague staring back at her.)

Plague: What are you doing? You're supposed to be guarding the prisoners!

Imposter: They're asleep right now Master. They won't cause you any trouble.

Plague: Why did you take your veil off? You know you're supposed to wear it at all times!

Imposter: *Seductively* It will only get in the way of what I intent to do...

(Mojo Plague blushes as Imposter wraps her arms around him tightly and begins kissing his neck and shoulders.)

Plague: I don't have time for this Imposter! I'm going to miss the Mayor's big announcement!

(Mojo Plague tries to free himself from Imposter's hold, turning his head to the television, but Imposter grabs him by the head and forcefully turns it back to her, kissing him deeply and passionately on the lips! Plague feels Mojo's arms moving on their own, sliding up and down the exposed skin of Imposter's back, causing him to panic and shove her away!)

Imposter: Master, what's wrong? Don't you love me?

Plague: What's gotten into you? I already said I have much more important things to do than play with you!

(Still playing along, Imposter sniffles and looks up at Mojo Plague with large, puppy eyes.)

Plague: Oh all right. You can watch the announcement with me.

Imposter: *Thinking to herself* You better be grateful for what I'm subjecting myself to just to buy you this much time Blazer. *To Plague seductively* Thank you Master.

Plague: The Mayor announcing Townsville is under my control should put me in such a good mood, that afterwords we can play for as long as you like, my queen!

(Mojo Plague winks at Imposter and pats his lap as he sits down on Mojo's sofa. Trying her best not to gag, Imposter sits in his lap, feeling his hands sliding around her exposed waist and holding her by her belly as the television turns on, showing the Mayor.)

Mayor: *In Plague's voice* Citizens of Townsville, the dawn of a new era has begun! Soon, the mighty Mojo Plague will be declared the ruler of the world by all nations of Earth! As the Mayor of Townsville, I hereby order all citizens to-

(Suddenly, Mayor is interrupted by Professor Utonium's arm appearing from off screen and injecting him with the cure! The Mayor continues his speech.)

Mayor: *In his own voice again* -fight back! Don't let this villain take over your lives and steal your freedom! Protect yourselves and the children from this vile fiend!

Plague: *Enraged* NO! What happened?!? I can no longer control the Mayor!

(Plague throws Imposter off his lap and races into the other room, screaming in rage!)

Plague: THE PRISONERS ARE GONE! IMPOSTER, YOU TRAITOR!

(Plague runs out to see that Imposter has vanished, her red veil and a red slipper being the only things she left behind.)

Plague: You won't get away from ME! Powerpuff Girls, find the traitor! Butch, find the other Rowdyruff Boys and infect them! I won't lose, not when I'm this close!

(Scene: Skies over Townsville. Having received their new orders from Mojo Plague through mental telepathy, the Powerpuff Girls are now patrolling in search of Imposter.)

Blossom: You may as well come out. We're going to find you eventually.

Bubbles: You really are only making this worse on yourself!

Buttercup: We promise not to hurt you... much.

(The girls continue their search, unaware that at this very moment, Imposter is underground, hiding from the Powerpuff Girls in a secret bunker! Having switched from her harem clothes to her red Powerpuff dress, Imposter sneers at a mirror before transforming.)

Blossom: That does it! You have until the count of ten to come out, and then we're going to start tearing this place apart until we find you! One!

Bubbles: Two!

Buttercup: Three!

Blossom: Four!

(The girls are interrupted when a massive chunk of concrete from the street below flies upward and hits them! Imposter, now in her monster form, turns the piece of concrete to the side and slams it into a nearby building, sandwiching the Powerpuff Girls between it and the wall! Before the girls have a chance to free themselves, Imposter hits the concrete with her extra fists, creating large cracks in the building as she threatens to crush the girls with the slab of concrete!)

Bubbles: Master Plague will be disappointed if we fail to capture the traitor.

Buttercup: Leave it to me.

(Buttercup props herself against the side of the building with her arms and kicks the slab with both of her legs, shoving it back in Imposter's face and sending her reeling through the air. Blossom inhales and fills the air with her Ice Breath as Imposter throws the slab aside, but the mutant clone counters by firing her laser eye beams through the frosty air and hitting Blossom, burning the pink veil off her face.)

Buttercup: Oh no, Blossom you lost your veil!

Blossom: I can't be seen by Master Plague without it! You'll pay for that you freak!

Imposter growls with a sinister grin as the Powerpuff Girls charge at her, three of her four arms behind her back, each one holding an uncorked vial of yellow liquid. Buttercup reaches Imposter first and attempts a kick, but Imposter swings one of her arms in front of her and splashes the liquid on Buttercup! Immediately, Buttercup's momentum sends her hurtling out of control through the air, but is caught by Bubbles, who reacted quickly enough upon realizing what Imposter has done to her.

Bubbles: Antidote X? What's wrong Imposter, were you afraid to fight us fairly?

Buttercup: I'm no use to you or the Master without my powers! Crush her for me!

Blossom: Careful Bubbles, she is holding two more of those meant for us! We're no use to Plague if we all lose our powers, and he will be angry with us if we fail him.

Bubbles: Right. Let's get her!

(Blossom and Bubbles charge at Imposter, who attempts to use another vial of Antidote X, but Blossom lands a kick that knocks the vial out of her hand. Reacting quickly, Imposter swings the other vial at Blossom, who dodges the contents by ducking and grabbing her by the neck!)

Blossom: Ha! You missed me!

(Imposter grins and shakes her head at Blossom, who turns and sees Bubbles has dropped out of the sky and landed on an awning, now helpless and unable to get down. Before Blossom can let go, Imposter grabs Blossom by the collar of her belly shirt with one set of arms and pummels her face with the other!)

Narrator: I thought Imposter intended to cure the girls, but here she is trying to destroy them instead!

(Imposter roars at Blossom as she hits her in the head with a quadruple axehandle smash, sending Blossom crashing to the street below. Imposter inhales and freezes the hole left in the street by Blossom with her Ice Breath, encasing Blossom in the ice! With the Powerpuff Girls defeated, Imposter beats her chest with all four arms and roars in triumph, when a Hyper Beam strikes Imposter from behind! Mojo Plague charges after Imposter as she is knocked through the air by the blast and kicks her in the chin, causing her to crash into the top of a building and chip off a piece before landing headfirst on the roof. Imposter's body shifts back into its normal form as Mojo Plague lands on the roof and grabs her by the hair, lifting her up to look her in the eyes.)

Plague: YOU! You ruined EVERYTHING!

(Mojo Plague uppercuts Imposter, knocking her off the rooftop and onto another. Before she can get back up, Mojo Plague has reached the rooftop and kicks her in the ribs.)

Plague: I would have been ruler of the world in Mojo Jojo's body, and YOU would have been my wife, my queen!

(Mojo Plague picks Imposter up again and hits her with another uppercut, knocking the clone off the building and crashing into a car on the street below. Mojo Plague follows her, bending the metallic shell of the vehicle to tie it around her waist like a rope!)

Plague: You however, chose betrayal, deception, and ultimately suffering, misery, and death! I'm going to kill you for what you've done!

(Mojo Plague aims his hands at Imposter's face and charges up to fire his Hyper Beam.)

Imposter: *Grinning, despite her injuries* Don't miss...

(Scene cuts to: A battle in the sky over City Hall. Plague Butch is currently fighting with Brick, Boomer, and Blazer. Despite being outnumbered three to one, he appears to be holding his own against them, dodging their combined flurry of punches, kicks, and special attacks and landing plenty of his own on them!)

Butch: Not bad eh? I've gotten a whole lot stronger from festering in this body after you ripped me in half trying to pull me out the last time!

Brick: Well then, I guess we'll just have to make sure we get all of you out this time, won't we?

Butch: I was told by Mojo Plague to infect you, but neither you nor Blazer will be so lucky! Of all the incarnations of Plague, none want the two of you destroyed more than ME!

Blazer: Give it your best shot then Plague.

Butch: Oh I will!

(Plague Butch swings several punches at Blazer, but all of them are dodged. Butch winds up to throw a haymaker, but Blazer swings around and grabs his red cape, pulling it over his head!)

Blazer: Boomer, now! Give Butch the shot!

Boomer: *Holding a cure syringe in his hand* Huh? Me?

(Before Boomer can figure out what he was expected to do, Butch hits Blazer in the chest with his elbow, then grabs Blazer's arm and throws him over his shoulder into Brick with such force that both of them crash through a glass window on an office building, knocking over a few cubicles in their crash landing.)

Brick: *Annoyed* Dang it Boomer! *Shoves Blazer* Get off me!

Blazer: Let's get back there fast! The Plague in Butch's body may not want to infect us, but he likely won't hesitate to do it to Boomer!

Brick: The last thing we need is to let that slimeball even the odds! Let's go!

(Brick and Blazer fly out through the broken window and fire their eye beams right at Butch, forcing him away from Boomer.)

Blazer: You okay Boomer?

Brick: He better not have bit you. Did he?

Boomer: No, I'm okay.

Butch: This is going to be harder than I thought. Looks like I'll have to take my revenge some other time and follow Master Plague's orders to infect all three of you!

(Plague Butch aims his arms at the uninfected Rowdyruffs and prepares a Hyper Dancing Bomb! The black and blue ball of crackling energy flies at them at high speed, forcing the boys to scatter in different directions. Brick looks up to see Butch lunging right for him, fangs bared to strike!)

Butch: I'll start with you!

Blazer: No you won't!

(Blazer hits Butch with a Blazing Kick to the shoulder, the explosion sending Butch flying sideways toward Boomer, who chooses to axe kick Plague into the ground.)

Boomer: Ha! I got him!

Brick: Boomer you pinhead! That was your chance to cure Butch!

Boomer: It was?

Brick: *Growling in frustration* You know what, give the cure to Blazer. I hate him, but at least I know he'll use it!

(Before any of the boys can act, Plague Butch erupts from the ground in a flash of yellow and green light and spins into Brick, rapidly pounding him with his fists and feet! Blazer tries to stop Butch, but he suddenly stops spinning and fires a Hyper Beam that blasts Blazer down into the ground with a crash! Butch laughs maniacally as he aims down at Brick and Blazer.)

Butch: Looks like I'll get my revenge against you two after all! Hyper Dancing-

(Butch suddenly gasps and shrieks in pain as Boomer jams the syringe into his shoulder, injecting Imposter's cure into his brother! Butch pushes Boomer aside and grabs his head, screaming in pain in both his own and Plague's voices as he slowly descends to the ground. The red cape drapes over Butch as he lands, Brick, Blazer, and Boomer approaching him cautiously.)

Brick: Took you long enough.

Boomer: Did it work?

Blazer: Looks like we're about to find out!

(Butch slowly rises to his feet and looks at the other Rowdyruff Boys with a bemused expression on his face.)

Butch: *In his own voice* What are you idiots all staring at?

Boomer: *Hugs Butch* It worked! You're okay!

(Butch gags and pushes Boomer off. Before noticing the syringe sticking into his shoulder.)

Butch: Did you guys give me a shot?

Brick: We had to. You went a little nuts on us.

Butch: *Angry* YOU KNOW HOW MUCH I HATE SHOTS... AND DOCTORS... AND BLAZER!

(The Rowdyruff Boys turn to Blazer, who shrugs and smiles.)

Blazer: Well guys, it's been fun working with you. You guys would make great heroes.

Boomer: You really think so?

(Brick and Butch bonk Boomer on the head.)

Brick: This doesn't change anything between us Blazer!

Blazer: I didn't think it would. I'll take the three of you not trying to fight me right now as your way of saying thanks. See ya 'round!

(Blazer takes off in a streak of orange light.)

Butch: Who needs that stupid goody good anyway?

(Scene cuts to: Plague Mojo preparing to finish off Imposter. Just as he is prepared to fire the Hyper Beam, Plague feels Mojo's body hesitating!)

Plague: What's going on?!?

Mojo: Im...pos...ter...

Plague: Cut it out Mojo! I'M IN CHARGE HERE! I SAY WE FIRE!

(Mojo's arm aims upward and fires the Hyper Beam into the sky, hitting nothing. One of Mojo's arms grabs the other as it appears that Mojo Jojo and Plague are fighting for control over Mojo's body!)

Plague: Give up Mojo! Your body is MINE to control!

Mojo: Never! If I am to rule the world properly, it must be done as a result of MY planning, MY scheming, and MY own genius and not as the result of being infected with a virus that takes over mind and body and the world for me, for only I, Mojo Jojo, must be the only one, and not some disease in my body that can control my actions, that must be the one, the only one and no one else, to take over the world!

(Mojo Plague grabs his braincap with both hands as the two villains struggle internally for control.)

Plague: *Laughs* I'm winning Mojo! There's nothing you can do to stop me!

(Plague suddenly screams in pain as a syringe containing Imposter's cure is stuck into Mojo's back by Professor Utonium!)

Professor: Maybe he can't, but I can!

Plague: No! All my plans... everything... curse you all! You haven't heard the last of ME!

(Mojo collapses to the ground. Imposter struggles to free herself from the car wrapped around her, but stops as Professor Utonium looks sternly down at her.)

Professor: I saw what you did to the girls Imposter.

Imposter: Oh yeah? What are you gonna do, sue me? I am still their enemy after all.

Professor: Blazer showed up saying he and the Rowdyruff Boys managed to cure Butch. I gave him the remaining cures so he can use them on the girls.

Imposter: You're welcome Professor. Thanks to me the day is saved, right?

(Professor Utonium narrows his eyes hatefully at Imposter, who merely smirks back at him. Imposter's smirk fades as she returns to struggling with the car around her body, until she notices the Professor picking up Mojo, who is still unconscious.)

Imposter: Hey, what are you doing? Put him down!

Professor: I also requested that Blazer take the girls home and use the lab to restore Bubbles' and Buttercup's superpowers, which you took away from them in an attempt to destroy them. You may have provided the cure that saved them from Plague, but I will NEVER FORGIVE YOU!

Imposter: So why are you going to take it out on Mojo?

Professor: I'm not going to do anything to Mojo, except take him somewhere where you won't find him. I'm going to use my own 'cure' on Mojo and return him to the wild, something I should have done a long time ago.

Imposter: *Struggling harder, screaming in protest* NO, YOU CAN'T DO THAT! I WON'T LET YOU! WHEN I GET FREE I'M GOING TO BREAK YOUR BONES AND TURN THEM INTO SILLY PUTTY!

(Now it is the Professor's turn to smirk at Imposter, who looks at him in confusion.)

Professor: There is no cure to change Jojo back to the way he was before he became Mojo Jojo. I only said that to see your reaction, which told me everything.

(The Professor sets Mojo down and walks away, leaving Imposter blushing and flabbergasted just as Mojo recovers. He looks at Imposter with a grin.)

Imposter: How much of that did you hear?

Mojo: Enough to know that you DO care about me! I knew fighting back against Plague's control to save you was all worth it in the end! I feel like celebrating! Let's go home Imposter, so I can get you out of that twisted metal that's holding you down, which will give you back your freedom of movement, for you appear to be trapped and unable to escape under your own power.

(Mojo removes a large magnet from his belt and uses it to pick up the wreckage holding Imposter and begins to drag it back home. The heart logo appears, showing Mojo dragging Imposter behind him, with small cupids circling Mojo's head.)

Narrator: Well, despite what she did, for the first time ever, the day is saved, thanks to Imposter!

Imposter: If I could move my arms I would start punching myself!
