The City of Townsville, a peaceful community that has survived through various threats to its community, its freedom, and even its existence thanks to the Powerpuff Girls! Since quelling the threat of the Black Void, the girls have even gotten the chance to settle into normal lives for themselves!
Blossom married a young man named Steve and had a daughter named Angel Felicia. Since defeating Blackheart's evil persona, she has been working as a stay at home housewife and mother.
After Dark Timo was sealed away into the Black Heart, Timo proposed marriage to Bubbles and she agreed, becoming his wife. Although she is excited about the idea of having children of her own with him, she has yet to have any.
Buttercup is the only Powerpuff Girl who still lives with Professor Utonium in Pokey Oaks near Townsville. She has not shown interest in dating or finding someone to settle down with, and seems content to playing babysitter to Angel. She still hopes one day the hotline will buzz again and she will get some action, but until then, she enjoys playing sports like hockey and football. She even has a subscription to Contact Sports Monthly, which she is eagerly waiting for the latest month's issue.
Finally, the mailman arrives at the Utonium House, places the mail in the box, and drives away! Buttercup zooms out of the house in a streak of green light and snatches the mail, frantically looking for her magazine, and finds it!
"Oh man, it's here! The latest edition of Contact Spo-" Buttercup frowns, looking at the front cover of a blond woman wearing a string bikini. "Crud! It's just this year's swimsuit edition!" She shouts, tossing the magazine over her head and having it land on the curb, opening to a page that catches Buttercup's eye. She quickly picks the magazine back up and stares in disbelief at the picture before taking the mail into the house. "Professor! Come here, quick!" She shouts. Professor Utonium emerges from the basement lab and runs over to Buttercup in the living room.
"What's wrong Buttercup? You sound like you saw a ghost!" Professor asks her.
"You're never gonna believe me if I tell you, so I think I should just show you." She replies, holding the magazine page up for him to see. Professor's jaw drops at the picture of a red haired girl in her late teens posing seductively in a skimpy red two piece.
"Blossom?" Professor says, staring in disbelief at the picture.
"Not quite; Blossom doesn't look like that. That's Imposter!" Buttercup answers. "The article says her name is Blossom, but that's Imposter all right. She's not even trying to look or act like Blossom anymore!"
"This is terrible. Anyone who sees this will immediately assume this is our Blossom, just like I did." Professor says, sounding upset.
"Yeah I know what you mean; if she had any less on she'd be in trouble for indecent exposure!" Buttercup says, trying to make light of the otherwise troublesome situation. "I'm gonna call Blossom and let her know about this."
Buttercup goes to pick up the regular phone, when the hotline suddenly starts to buzz! Buttercup decides instead to answer the hotline. "Hello?"
"Buttercup, something is approaching Townsville from space at a high speed." Miss Bellum tells Buttercup over the hotline phone. "It looks like an asteroid or some kind of meteor.
"I'll take care of it." Buttercup responds, hanging up and taking off toward Townsville. She arcs upward and flies after the falling object, grabbing it with her arms, but pulling away quickly! "Ow! That's hot!" She says, blowing on her hands as the speeding object zooms toward Townsville. "Okay, let's try something else."
Buttercup attacks Falling Object Attack: Double Kick Defense: None
Flying down at an arc, Buttercup intercepts the object hurtling toward Earth and slams both her feet into it, knocking it off course and causing it to crash into the ocean! Buttercup dives into the water to find whatever it was, when she sees a round space pod bearing the mark of the Galactic Federation sitting on the ocean floor. The door opens and a dark blue streak of light zooms past Buttercup and emerges on the surface.
"Could it be?" Buttercup thinks to herself as she surfaces, seeing a familiar green eyed Powerpuff with long spiky red hair dressed in a black body suit, blue gloves and boots, a green headband, and a scanning device with a green lens over his left eye. "Dad, it's you!"
"Buttercup?" The visitor says, looking down at her and smiling. "You've grown up strong and beautiful. I'm glad to see Professor Utonium raised you well."
"Thanks." Buttercup says with a proud smile. "So why are you here? Your ship woulda wrecked half of Townsville had I not kicked it off course at the last minute."
"Aah, so that's what hit my ship and knocked me in the water." The Powerpuff says with a smirk. "I suppose it's my own fault. I should have thought about where I was choosing to land. I actually came to see Professor Utonium, if he is still around."
"Heh, of course he is! Follow me." Buttercup says as she leads the Powerpuff back home. Seeing Buttercup enter the house, he sees the other Powerpuff with her and calls out to him by his name. "Patriarch? That object that fell from space and nearly hit Townsville was you?"
"It was my space pod, but yes." Patriarch replies. "Sorry about that; I should have plotted a course to land in the woods near Townsville instead, although I didn't want to upset the Lumpkins that inhabit the forest there."
"Well, no harm was done I hope?"
"I kicked his ship into the water."
"Buttercup!"
"It's all right. My ship is capable of surviving worse than that." Patriarch replies with a nod. "I can get it back without drowning, so no worries. As for the reason I came here, I need you to come with me Professor."
"Go with you? Where?" Professor questions him.
"I have been granted a unique opportunity by the Galactic Federation." Patriarch begins to explain. "You remember what happened during Project Daholuz, don't you? The Federation was tricked into fighting me and my kind by the genetic clone of my sister and Blizza, but we stopped her."
"I remember." Professor says.
"The Federation has agreed to allow me to take a derelict planet outside of their jurisdiction and rebuild it into a habitable place suitable for new people to go and live. I want to make this planet a new home for others of my kind. I need your help; your knowledge of chemistry and science will be useful in repairing some of the damage caused."
"You want to take the Professor with you to another planet?" Buttercup asks. "Just so he can help you fix it up and make it a home for people like us? That's-"
"All right." Professor says with a smile.
"Professor!" Buttercup shouts, stunned by his unexpected eagerness to leave Earth with Patriarch.
"I would be honored to help Patriarch with this. I am not getting any younger, and you don't really need me anymore. You and your sisters are grown up now. Blossom and Bubbles are married and living happily away from Townsville. They have their own lives now, and so do you."
"Yeah, but..."
"If you want, I'll sign the deed to the house over to you and you can stay here until you find a more suitable home." Professor says, smiling to Buttercup.
"This... this isn't the way we imagined you would leave us." Buttercup says, a tear in her eyes.
"I would not take Professor Utonium away without saying good-bye to you all first." Patriarch replies. "I will make sure he gets to see Blossom and Bubbles before we go. It won't be forever; if all goes well, you will get to see him again on the new world we will create together!"
Professor hugs Buttercup for a full minute as she starts to cry on his shoulder. "It's all right Buttercup. You'll see me again soon enough, I promise."
"I know... I'm just gonna miss you is all." She sobs. She looks to Patriarch, staring eye to eye with her 'father'. "You keep him safe, you hear me?"
"Absolutely." Patriarch assures her. After gathering some equipment from his laboratory, Professor Utonium climbs onto Patriarch's shoulders and holds on as they fly back toward his ship. Patriarch effortlessly flies down into the water and grabs his ship in one hand and flies back up to the surface with it, setting it down. "This can get us to Blossom and Bubbles faster than just flying. I'll take you to them to say good-bye to them as well before we go."
Patriarch and the Professor climb into the space pod and it takes off a moment later.

Buttercup went back in and for some reason felt wary. Something bugged her about the whole thing and they had to rescue the Professor from experiments in the past. Besides, she thought as she picked up the magazine, she was going to ring Blossom anyway. They were currently taking a break at their holiday home in New Hampshire. Although she had challenged Blossom as a leader in the past, she did respect her. She loved Angel and also wondered what Steve would have to say about it all. No doubt he would word it in his inimitable way, she thought as she pushed buttons on the phone...
Blossom was outside on the deck with a drink when the phone beside her rang. She put the drink and the magazine down and picked up the phone. Nearby, Angel was asleep, still clutching Theo and Steve was just half asleep with a cup of tea going cold next to him. They'd been out for a walk, not something that Steve did very often. He'd always rather sit and read the latest journal about old radios. Maybe he'd write for one again. 'Hello', Blossom said as she answered the phone. Beside her, Steve opened one eye and looked at her. 'Yes, what is is Buttercup?' There was a long pause while she listened. 'Aha. And he's coming here to say goodbye', Blossom asked, her voice a mixture of sadness and shock. Steve was now wide awake. 'Thanks for telling me. And what about Imposter?'. Blossom asked. As Buttercup told her, she managed a laugh. 'Well she'll have her hands full with eager lads, too full to make trouble.' At that point, a spaceship of some kind arrived. Angel spotted it first. 'I think he's here', Blossom said, almost tearfully. Angel noticed this. 'What's the matter mummy?', she asked. 'I will call you back', Blossom said as the dropped the call. Steve went to the front door and watched as John Utonium got out with a sort of fully grown male powerpuff. He opened the door as Blossom and Angel appeared. 'What's going on?', he asked. The two came in and Steve invited them to sit down. Angel sat on the bean bag and Blossom sat on the arm of Steve's chair, looking very upset. Steve took her hand as the Professor spoke. He told them of his plans and why he was going. 'Besides', he ended, 'You've got your own family now.' 'Yes, and you are part of it', Blossom replied. Angel looked on in disbelief. 'They need my skills', the Professor stated. 'I'm happy to go'. 'I don't think they are', Steve said, indicating Blossom and Angel. 'Besides, what happened to this planet?' A silence fell. Nobody answered for a moment. 'It was damaged in a war', Patriach stated. 'Radioactive Chemical X.' Blossom looked at the Professor. 'And you're going to go and save it', she asked. 'Yes, It's a great honour.', The Professor said. 'Might be suicide', Steve added. 'Don't go', Angel sobbed, clutching Theo even tighter. 'I'll be back before you know it', The Professor told them. 'Make sure you are', Steve replied. 'Don't bring anything nasty with you by the way.' The Professor looked at the three of them. 'I won't. You can come and see me on a new world!'. Angel brightened up. 'A whole new world. In space?', she asked. 'Yes', Patriach told her. 'Hadn't we better be going to see Bubbles and Timo?', he asked the Professor. The two of them stood up. 'I'll see you soon I promise', he said to them, especially Blossom. 'I can't say I'm happy, but good luck', Blossom replied. Steve stood back as Blossom gave him a cuddle and he picked up Angel for the last time? Who knows. The Professor extended a hand which Steve shook. Patriach did the same. 'You are a scientist too I belive', he asked. 'An Engineer. I know the same stuff as he does but I use it to solve problems.', Steve told him. 'I suppose there's -', Patriach began. 'No'. Steve cut him dead. 'Sorry old boy. My family come first.' If this was a dig at The Professor he didn't register it. 'Look after them, Steve', The Professor told Steve. 'I will', Steve replied. They went outside and saw the two of them off in the spaceship. Steve now had a tearful Blossom and confused Angel on his hands. When they'd gone, the three walked beck inside. He looked at Blossom and held her close for a moment. 'What's the betting we have to go and rescue him again', Blossom said softly. Steve looked at her for a moment before he spoke. 'Pack. We're going back to Townsville', he stated.
Cheers,

Bubbles and Timo were in the North Pole base.
Timo was once again in the workroom, trying to create something when he suddenly stopped. "Looking good. Soon I can finish this and copy it."
There were many varying pieces if ice on the table, one of them looking like a helmet. Timo went to the kitchen where Bubbles was. Ever since Bubbles suggested that they'd live more in North Pole base, Timo had made many changes to the base and expanded it, carefully looking out for the sea floor and the animals that lived on the surface of course. The base even had a small hangar now in case a helicopter or something else needed an emergency landing. They did, however, have a decent house not too far from Townsville (but very far from Citiesville) and occasionally Timo would take Bubbles to his mother land in Europe.
"How's it going, honey?" Bubbles asked while taking out some juice from their transparent fridge.
"Better, Bubbles." Timo said. "The armor is almost finished."
Bubbles looked around the place. "You know, I still can't believe how warm it is in here and yet the snow and ice won't melt at all even though I've lived here with you for quite awhile now and you even have electricity."
"It wasn't easy, but thanks to Steve and the Professor, the changes to the base came along nicely."
Right then a phone rang in the living roomand Timo went to answer it.
"Timo here." he said as he listened. He suddenly went wide eyed. "What?"
Right then the base's alarm went off and a monitor came down in the living room, showing a level 1 alarm and a radar with one red dot. Bubbles came into the living room.
"What is it?" Bubbles asked.
Timo still talked to the phone. "As you might have just heard, they just came into our radar range. They'll be here in a minute." He gave a small pause. "Thanks, Buttercup." Timo hanged up and turned to see Bubbles.
"Is someone coming here?" Bubbles asked.
"Yes, honey." Timo said. "The professor is coming here... with Patriarch."
"WHAT?"
Timo went and pushed a few buttons. Another monitor came down and showed the hangar doors opening. Snow was coming in as there was a blizzard outside. In just few seconds the ship landed inside the hangar. Timo pushed another button and silenced the alarm as the hangar doors closed.
As both Bubbles and Timo went into the hangar, they saw Patriarch and the Professor coming out of the ship.
Bubbles immediately went and hugged the Professor. "It's good to see you, Professor."
"Likewise, Bubbles." the Professor said. "I see you and Timo are doing well."
Timo, however, was sad. "What's this about going to another planet, Professor?"
This made Bubbles go wide eyed and break the hug and looked at Timo. "What's are you talking about?"
"Buttercup called me and said you were going to another planet." Timo said. "Is this true?"
The Professor nodded and began to explain the situation to Bubbles and Timo while the Patriarch curiously looked around the base. Bubbles was about start crying.
"I don't want you to go." Bubbles said.
"I won't gone for long, sweety." the Professor said. "It's not like I'll be there forever."
As much as the Patriach was interested to see the rest of the base, he looked at Timo.
"You have a nice little base here." Patriarch said.
"Thanks." Timo said as he saw Bubbles giving one last hug to the Professor. Timo could see tears falling from Bubbles' eyes.
"Please, be careful out there, Professor." Bubbles sobbed.
"I will, my dear Bubbles." The Professor said.
Eventually Bubbles let go of the Professor and saw him and Patriarch go back to the ship.
"Do not worry." Patriarch said. "I will see to it that he will be safe all the time."
"You'd better be." Bubbles said.
Timo opened up the hangar doors again and the ship began to fly away upwards towards the space. As the hangar doors closed, Timo walked up to the crying Bubbles and hugged her.
"I'm gonna miss him." Bubbles sobbed.
"I know, honey." Timo said sadly.
As they stood there for a while, Timo thought of something and it made him worried.
"Bubbles, we have to go Townsville." Timo said.
"Huh?" Bubbles wondered.
"Unless I miss my guess, Blossom and Steve will do the same thing. I think we'd better go."
Bubbles looked at Timo with her teary eyes and nodded.

Having visited each of the Powerpuff Girls and said his good-byes, Professor Utonium climbs back into the space pod with Patriarch. The ship takes off straight up, out of Earth's atmosphere and into space until it can no longer be seen.
Now sitting by herself in the Utonium house, Buttercup picks up the remote and sits on the living room couch, switching the television on. She switches channels until finding one showing a soccer game and raises the volume, then drops the remote on the couch cushion next to her. "Whoopee... the house is mine." She says with a sigh as she leans forward, resting her head on her arms and looking bored and lonely. "Somebody try to commit a crime so I can go out and punch your lights out."
Halfway through the game, Buttercup is snapped to attention by the sound of knocking at the door. She gets up and answers the door, glancing at her visitor. "Sorry pal, I'm not lookin' to find the lord-whoa! What the heck are you?!?"
Buttercup finds herself looking at a robot of some kind, with a large screen for a head with a crude drawing of a grinning sun displayed on the screen. It's body consists of a heavy chassis with a large power cell battery attached to its back. Metallic arms with blasters for hands jut from its sides as it balances itself on a single large wheel. The robot waves at Buttercup and starts to talk to her in a happy synthesized voice.
"Hi there! I'm a Federation Enforcer Sentry, or F.E.S. for short. The programmer who created my AI calls me Sunshine! Probably because I am always happy and friendly, and I try to be as helpful as I can."
"If you're looking for Patriarch, you just missed him." Buttercup says to the robot. "He took off with the Professor to some planet or another."
"Well actually, I came here because I have a message for a young girl named Blossom." Sunshine replies, his synthesized voice continuing to sound happy and friendly.
"Blossom doesn't live here anymore. Sorry to break it to ya." Buttercup tells Sunshine. "What's this message anyway? Who sent you?"
"That's a great question!" Sunshine says with enthusiasm. "The one who programmed me chose to remain anonymous, so I don't know his or her name. I was given the explicit instructions to only relay the message in Blossom's presence."
Buttercup hears the telephone in the other room. "Uh oh. Could you excuse me for a sec? I gotta get that."
"Sure thing! I'll wait right here." Sunshine says. Buttercup goes and answers the phone.
"Hello? Oh hey Blossom I was just talkin' 'bout ya. "To who? Some robot callin' itself Sunshine showed up sayin' it's got some message for you. Uh huh. Yeah it's still here. Oh yeah? Okay I'll see you then! Bye." Buttercup hangs up the phone and goes back to talk to Sunshine. "Hey good news! That was Blossom on the phone, and she's on her way here!"
"That's terrific! I'll be able to deliver my message to her as soon as she arrives!" Sunshine responds.
"Why don't ya come in and wait for her?" Buttercup asks the robot. "Just try not to leave a tire mark on the rug."
"Thanks! Don't worry, I'll be extra careful not to damage your house." Sunshine says as it rolls into the living room on its wheel.

'Gets stranger', Blossom said to Steve as they came over Townsville. 'There's a robot called Sunshine in the front room asking to see me. It has a message but won't say who from?' Steve and Angel listened to this with interest. 'That'll be to do with the Prof at a guess', Steve replied. They were coming in to land as Angel asked how he knew that. 'Timing', Blossom replied. Angel nodded as they landed. 'I wonder which Blossom it's for', Steve commented, referring to Buttercup's other story. 'And in what format?' They walked in with the cases, Steve ahead of them as they entered. Buttercup simply said Hello and pointed to it. 'Which one of you is Blossom', Sunshine asked. 'Who exactly wants to know', Steve answered the machine. It appeared to be quite nicely built, but the one wheel would probably be what to go for if they needed to take it down. 'Are you Blossom', it asked him.
Cheers,

Bubbles and Timo were flying over the ocean, seeing a coast ahead of them.
"What makes you think Blossom and Steve will go to Townsville?" Bubbles asked.
"Because they're thinking the same thing I am: whatever the reason that other planet needs help, the cause of it might still be there and it might be too much for Patriarch." Timo said.
"You don't know Patriarch as well as I do." Bubbles said.
"Maybe not, but I want to be sure." Timo said.
Pretty soon they see the city of Townsville on the horizon.
"We're here." Timo said. "Let's get some answers and hope I'm wrong."

Blossom examines Sunshine closely. "I'm Blossom. What is this message you have for me?" She asks.
"It's great to meet you!" Sunshine says to Blossom with the tone of a new neighbor moving in rather than a messenger. "You must be really important, because the anonymous tipster who sent me here has gone against Federation protocol to relay top secret information. Neat huh?"
Sunshine's monitor switches from the crude sun drawing to a picture of Mojo Jojo without his brain cap or uniform. A prisoner number with his name is displayed below his mug shot. "It seems that Mojo Jojo, the Federation prisoner responsible for causing the deaths of multiple Enforcers during Project Daholuz, has somehow escaped his holding cell while Enforcer Patriarch was off scouting the planet FL-49." Sunshine's monitor shows a series of star coordinates, pointing out the location and distance of Earth and FL-49. "Nobody in the Federation has any idea how he got away without being crushed by the airless vacuum of space without a ship or a space pod. He must be very resourceful, huh?"
"Mojo escaped the Enforcers? That's awful!" Blossom exclaims.
"Does the Federation want our help to find him?" Bubbles questions.
"I was programmed with the instructions that say the Enforcers were not to be informed that a non Federation asset has been called upon to settle the matter. I guess whoever sent this message is sure that you are the only ones who even have a chance of finding and stopping Mojo before he causes trouble. You must be really important!" Sunshine answers without losing a hint of its good cheer.
"That's not good. If Mojo finds out about the Chemical X radiation that exists on the planet Patriarch took the Professor to, he would likely go there." Blossom says.
"Wow, that's some great thinking Blossom! You're really super smart, huh? I can see why my anonymous tipster wanted to be sure you were the one to receive this message." Sunshine compliments her, not even a hint of sarcasm in the machine's synthesized voice.
Blossom blushes, letting the compliment go to her head just a little. "Thanks Sunshine. We don't have space pods though. I don't suppose you could help us out?"
"I could use my F.E.S. emergency recovery signal to summon a Federation space pod to come and pick us all up and take us all to FL-49 if you really wanna go." Sunshine suggests. "It'll be fun! I can assist you further once we reach the surface of FL-49 too!"
Blossom looks at Steve, Angel, Timo, and her sisters. "Something doesn't seem right about this, but we can't take the chance that Mojo is loose and could cause trouble in Galactic Federation controlled space. I hate to say this, but it looks like we may be seeing the Professor again sooner than we thought."

Didn't I say, Steve thought. 'Timo, have you got everything you need. I have stuff downstairs in the laboratory.', Steve stated. 'Can you telephone Ms Keane and tell her to take care of the horses while we're away?' Angel headed for the phone as Steve and Blossom headed downstairs to the workshop. 'Wait a minute, Sunshine', Buttercup told the robot. 'Yeah, sure', it replied. I hope it isn't always going to be like that, Steve thought as he and Blossom went downstairs. 'What are you taking, Steve', she asked. Steve took his Dr Who coat and put it on. It had been called this by Angel, who was impressed by the pockets and what they could hold. Steve had been experimenting with Dimensional Transference Theory and had only achieved this coat. Anything bigger didn't work. Then he took various things as Blossom watched. Bullets for his stick, Anti Chemical X bullets, Chemical X tablets and bullets. Then he stopped. 'You done', Blossom asked. 'Not yet', Steve replied. 'Hold this', he called, throwing her the sword he last used in the Blackheart business two years ago. Blossom took it and held it. 'What's this for?', she asked. Steve continued to fill the pockets. Powerpuff restraining rope. Then he paused as he remembered what Patriach had said. Radioactive Chemical X he had said. 'What's up Steve', Blossom asked. 'Be ready', Steve told her. 'It sounds a nice planet from what Patriach said - NOT!'. Blossom managed a snigger as Steve remembered something. He and The Professor had done some research into Radioactivity and most importantly cures. He had the tablets now and slipped a large number into his pockets. He also pocketed a ray gun he had made a while ago as a joke. It could make creatures fell pain but not kill. 'Is that everything', Blossom asked. 'I think so. Maybe they won't be needed', Steve gently kissed Blossom's cheek. 'I hope', Blossom said as she kissed him back on the lips. 'Come on, lets get going.' Steve followed her back up the steps and back into the living room. 'Right then, Robot. What else can you tell us about this planet - FL49 or whatever it is.'
Cheers,

As Bubbles and Timo got into the house, they were both surprised to see Sunshine, but after a quick explanation from Blossom, they understood the situation.
After hearing Steve's question, Timo thought about it. "Pretty much, Steve. I think all I need are my ice powers."
"I can't believe Mojo has escaped." Bubbles said, a hint of frustration in her voice. "I thought we had heard the last of him."
"We all did, Bubbles." Timo said. "If that cell was everything we had heard, Mojo should have had no chance of esacaping it. That can only mean one thing: he had inside help from someone. That's the only thing I can think of."
As Steve came back up, Timo noticed one possible thing missing. "Wait a minute. Don't we all need space suits there or is the air breathable for us?"

"You have nothing to worry about." Sunshine helpfully states. "The space mods manufactured for use by Federation officers, civilians, and even the Blizza regime before it was disbanded were designed with full life support systems to allow for easy travel through space. We'll reach FL-49 before you know it!"
Sunshine turns to Steve, the picture on the monitor having once again changed, this time to a picture of a reddish planet with gray ocean waters. "FL-49 used to be classified as a Terran planet. Its inhabitants were originally humans, just like on Earth! It seems they didn't get along very well, so one day two arguing factions sent expeditionary forces to a planet located in a neighboring solar system. This planet was called Xanocite by the Blizza regime, but that wouldn't be until its discovery by the Galactic Federation a few years later.
It was on this planet the people of FL-49 discovered a liquefied substance which they called Prime. The first few of who discovered Prime drank the substance and found out that it was highly toxic. Even though some of them died from poisoning, others still were changed into mutated creatures.
Those who returned from Xanocite tried to use Prime as a chemical weapon, and since both factions had obtained a large amount of the chemical, it was possible for both sides to construct weapons of mass destruction from Prime. They experimented with the mutated subjects in the hopes of creating replaceable soldiers for their war, and developed weapons designed for taking down the mutants in case they got out of hand."
Sunshine's monitor changes to a picture of the surface of FL-49 as a bustling technocity and as a bombed out wasteland, a sort of Before/After picture. "Both sides launched their biggest missiles loaded with Prime, but the result ended up being M.A.D. (Mutually Assured Destruction) The chain explosions destroyed all human life on FL-49, and in their wake came the mutants. Udds, pries, ults, gols, and possibly more! FL-49 no longer collected Prime from Xanocite after that, and Xanocite was eventually destroyed by the Blizza regime. The emperor probably did it so that the planets he had conquered couldn't make the same mistake." As it finishes the story, Sunshine's monitor returns to the crude drawing of the happy sun. "Of course all of this is supposed to be classified information, but it isn't my fault I was programmed to be so helpful."
"Patriarch was born on Xanocite..." Blossom says, nodding her head. "It makes sense; Prime is Chemical X! That's how it reached FL-49! The Chemical X Professor discovered when he was hiking in the mountains while in college and Prime were one and the same!"
"That's a great observation! You would make a fine addition to the High Council!" Sunshine declares, once again perfectly sincere in its compliments. "My sensors have detected the arrival of the Federation Emergency Recovery Pod. I will gladly lead you to its landing point! Follow me!"
The F.E.S. proceeds out the door of the Utonium residence and takes to the streets, rolling down the road on its single wheel as it leads the heroes down the street heading out of Pokey Oaks, but in the opposite direction of Townsville. In the distance, Blossom sees the crater where the space pod meant for Sunshine's recovery is located, then looks back at Townsville and frowns.
"What's wrong Blossom?" Bubbles asks her.
Blossom looks up at the sky above Townsville and shrugs. "Thought I saw something wrong with Townsville."
"You're just worried something will happen to 'em while we're away." Buttercup remarks. "I wouldn't worry Blossom; with Mojo in space, Imposter living her new life as a swimsuit model, and all the other crooks and bad guys being handled by the Mayor's new S.W.A.T. team, they'll be fine while we're gone."
Blossom smiles and nods. "Yeah, you're right. We should get going."
Sunshine climbs into an indentation on the outer hull of the ship. "Everybody climb aboard! I will activate the navigation system and prepare you all for the trip to FL-49. Your in flight VR simulation will be available to keep you entertained during our trip. We will also be making a brief pit stop at the Federation starport for recharging, during which time you may exit the ship and grab a bite at Grubble's Cosmoburgers! They use the finest taurzo meat fresh from their grazing planet to provide you with the best tasting burgers in the galaxy!"
Buttercup is first to enter the space pod, finding a seat and picking up one of the VR simulation devices, which resembles the scanner worn by Patriarch and other members of the Enforcers. She sits down and slips it on over her right eye, seemingly going into some kind of trance.

'Not necessarily. What did you see, Blossom', Steve asked as the rest of the people got into the pod. 'I don't know. Some kind of beam, probably a trick of the sunlight', Blossom shrugs as she got into a seat. Steve and Angel followed. Steve was unsure, as Blossom's eyesight was, like all powerpuffs, second to none. He looked at the buttons, eye patch and screen before him and wondered what kind of thing passed for 'entertainment' around here. Angel had her own worries as she sat beside her mum, holding Theo as always. 'What the heck is taurzo meat?', she asked. 'Ask our sunshiney friend', Blossom told her. 'You may get offered a job as a cook!' 'Robot', Steve asked the robot. 'Without trying to smooth or grow my ego or being too cheerful, could you possibly tell us where Professor Utonium and Patriach are, where Mojo is and who sent you?'
Cheers,

Timo looked at Bubbles. "Well... ready for another adventure, honey?"
"Always." Bubbles says while smiling and hugged Timo.
As both of them went into the ship, Timo looked at the VR simulation devices.
"Hmm, reminds me of virtual goggles." Timo said, cautiously looking at the device.
Bubbles went and sat next to Timo. "I'm a bit nervous. We're about to go to another planet."
"I don't think you have anything to worry about." Timo said. "We have a guide and we're going to a place where Chemical X originates from."
Bubbles hugged Timo again. "And I do have you with me."

Blossom and Bubbles sit down and pick up the VR headsets, looking over them as Sunshine talks to Steve.
"Those are all great questions! As I mentioned before, the one who sent me here has chosen to remain anonymous, so I do not have any information pertaining to their identity. Sorry! According to the Enforcers log, Patriarch has arrived on FL-49. The log has some brief information on Professor Utonium obtained during Project Daholuz, but since he isn't an Enforcer, there is no information on his current location. His last known location is the planet Earth, but if he went with Patriarch, it's a logical guess to say he is on FL-49 with him.
Enforcer records show that Mojo Jojo is... or should I say was? His last known location was the Federation's maximum security prison, where they lock up the baddest of the bad. If you want, after we reach the station and you have lunch, we could go to the prison before heading to FL-49."
Bubbles puts on her VR lens first, with Blossom doing the same a moment later. Sunshine closes the doors behind Steve and Timo. "We're all set to go! Please put on your VR simulation lens, have a seat, and enjoy your flight! Before you know it, we'll be in Federation controlled space!"

'Thanks, Sunburn', Steve replied. 'If it's all the same to you, I'll pass on that thing', he added, pointing to the headset thing sat beside him, And why not drop in at the prison, I would like to know how Mojo escaped, if he has. See the cell, try and find out who let him loose and why? Oh, and my daughter wanted to know about the meat. Please answer her question!' Steve wanted a clear head or a sleep, depending on how long this journey was going to take. Not to mention a look at all the apparatus in this craft. Engineer's perogative and all that.
Actually, like Blossom, Steve was a tactician. He didn't dive in without all the facts and a think, if there was time. He wondered who sent this robot? How well it was programmed? And why? Why it wanted them to put these headsets on? Had Mojo escaped? Was he after Professor Utonium because the girls would naturally follow?
And on top of it, how dangerous was this planet? And was this an elaborate trap? These were great questions too, as the Robot would put it. And possibly vital ones that they had to find out for themselves...
And what to do in any case., well that's the next step.
Cheers,
Blossomgb

"I think I'll pass on the headset too." Timo said. "I need to rest and clear my mind." Timo looked at Steve. "Something tells me this is not a blue milk run (easy and boring mission)." He then looked at Bubbles who was already in a trance-like state. "I think we're all set here."
